| 摘 要： | 目的分析天名精中挥发油的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取天名精中挥发油,用GC-MS法测定和分析其化学组分。结果共鉴定了41个成分,占总峰面积的65.47%,其主要成分为异丁酸香叶酯、3,7,11,15-四甲基-2-十六碳烯-1-醇、δ-杜松烯和反式橙花叔醇等。结论为天名精的深入开发利用提供了一定的科学依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of the essential oil from Carpesium abrotanoides.Methods The essential oil in Carpesium abrotanoides was extracted by steam distillation,and the constituents were analyzed by GC-MS.Results 41 components were separated and identified,occupying the total ammount 65.47%,in which geranyl isobutyrate,3,7,11,15-tetramethyl-2-hexadecen-1-ol,delta-cadinene and trans-nerolidol were the main composition.Conclusion This study provides a scientific basis for exploiting the... |
