摘    要:目的通过监测胎儿脐动脉血流速度与阻力,观察胎儿宫内缺氧及胎儿预后情况。方法随机选择300例孕妇,150例异常妊娠的作为实验组,150例正常妊娠的作为对照组,采用彩色多普勒超声监测脐动脉阻力指标,观察胎儿宫内缺氧及胎儿预后。结果实验组血流动力指标异常,对照组正常。实验组67例出现宫内缺氧,对照组16例出现宫内缺氧,比例分别为44.7%和10.7%,差异有极显著性(P〈0.01);胎儿出现畸形、IUGR、宫内窘迫等预后不良的比例,实验组均高于对照组,差异有极显著性(P〈0.01)。结论产前监测胎儿脐血流各参数指标,能有效预防胎儿宫内缺氧及预后不良,提高新生儿质量。

Abstract:Objective To monitor fetal umbilical artery blood flow velocity and resistance, predicting fe- tal hypoxia and fetal prognosis. Methods 300 pregnant women were randomly selected, with 150 cases of ab- normal pregnancy as the experimental group, and 150 cases of normal as the control group, color Doppler ultra- sound was used in monitoring umbilical artery resistance index and fetal hypoxia and fetal prognosis were ob- served. Results Abnormal hemodynamic indicators found in experimental group and the normal in control group. Of the experimental group, 67 patients had intrauterine hypoxia, 16 patienL~ in control group had in- trauterine hypoxia, with the proportion of 44.7% and 10.7%, resulting in a significant difference (P〈0.01). Fetal malformations, intrauterine growth (IUGR), fetal distress and the proportion of poor prognosis in the experimental group were higher, showing a result of a significant difference (P〈0.01). Conclusions Prenatal monitoring fetal umbilical blood flow parameters indicators can effectively prevent fetal hypoxia and poor prognosis, improve neonatal quality.
