清热明目胶囊的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的优选清热明目胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验,以该药中赤芍的主要成分芍药苷的提取量为指标,以加水倍数、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为因素进行正交试验。结果优选出清热明目胶囊的最佳提取工艺为加水8倍,煎煮3次,每次1h。结论该提取工艺合理,为清热明目胶囊的制备提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction technology for Qingremingmu Capsule. Methods The orthogonal test design was used to test the main factors of extraction process, including the amount of water, decocting time and decocting operation frequency, and the amount of paeoniflorin extraction was used as guide. Results The optimum condition was adding 8 times amount of water for decocting three times and each time for 1 h. Conclusion The extraction process is reasonable, which provides the scientific basis for the preparation of Qingremingmu Capsule.
