老年高血压患者耳蜗电图的临床研究

目的　探讨老年高血压患者耳蜗电图检测的临床意义。方法　 32例 6 0岁以上 ,病史 >10年的高血压患者为观察组 ,另选 30例 6 0岁以上 ,平素身体健康 ,无任何致聋原因的老年人为对照组 ,又选择 30例身体健康 ,无耳疾及耳聋史的年轻人 ,作为各项检查的正常值。进行耳蜗电图 (ECochG)的检查 ,观察 -SP/AP的异常性、AP反应阈和AP潜伏期 ,并进行对比研究。结果　高血压患者ECochG出现异常的检出率 ,明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,AP反应阈升高和AP潜伏期延长亦明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论　高血压病对老年人耳蜗电图有明显的影响 ,进一步证明高血压病可造成耳蜗功能的损伤 ,是加重老年性耳聋的因素。

The clinical study of ECochG in elderly patients with essential hypertension

Objective To study the clinical significance of ECochG in elderly patients with essential hypertension. Methods 32 elderly patients with essential hypertension for more than 10 years were selected as experiment group, 30 elderly persons with normal hypertension as control group, and 30 young persons without hypertension for determination of normal range value. ECochG was measured by a cerebral evoked response recorder and the SP/AP abnormality, AP threshold and AP latency were analyzed and compared among three groups. Results There was significant difference in the value of SP/AP, AP threshold and AP latency of ECochG between experiment group and the the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Hypertension can induce abnormality of ECochG and results in elderly patients.
