| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨CA19-9在消化道肿瘤术后监测的临床应用价值。方法:采用全自动化学发光免疫分析检测200例经病理证实的胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者手术前后的CA19-9水平。结果:术前检测阳性124例,占62%。切除组174例,术后一个月,半年,二年恢复至正常的分别为154,146,122例,占88.5%,84.0%,70.0%,阳性者中26例无明显变化。结论:胃肠道恶性肿瘤切除术后,CA19-9多能恢复至正常。通过动态监测CA19-9水平,用以评价手术疗效、复发或转移,指导临床治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the application of CA19-9 in detecting gastrointestinal cancer after operation.Method:CA19-9 of 200 cases were detected by auto-chemical immunoassay after operation and before operation.Result:124 cases who were detected before operation were positive,The positive rate was 62%,and 174,156,122 cases were tend to normal after operation in one month,six months,two years.And 26 cases had not obvious changes.Conclusion: CA19-9 are of value in evaluating operation effect and detecting tumor metastasis and relapse as well as directing clinical treatment in gastrointestinal cancer. |
