| 摘 要： | 用高效液相色谱法，以低分子肝素的标准对照品为标准，测定了低分子肝素的平均分子量。其重均分子量范围在3500～5000，分子县在8000以下者占85％以上。对该法的实验条件进行了探讨。 |

| Abstract: | The average molecular weight of low molecular weight heparin has been determined by high performance liquid chromatography method with the control of low-molecular-mass heparins for calibration EPCRS. The weight-average molecular weights are 3 500 ~ 5 000, and the fractions having the molecular weight less than 8 000 are above 85% of the total weight. The experimental conditions have been also studied. |
