Mfn2在正常组织与肿瘤组织中的表达差异研究

目的 比较线粒体融合蛋白-2(Mfn2)在乳腺癌、甲状腺癌和大肠癌组织及相应正常组织中的表达差异,探讨Mfn2与肿瘤发生的关系.方法 选取经病理检查确诊的乳腺癌、甲状腺癌和大肠癌标本各20例,另取相应癌旁正常组织作为对照,采用免疫组织化学染色SABC法对Mfn2在不同组织中的表达水平进行测定和对比分析.结果 免疫组化染色显示,在乳腺癌、甲状腺癌、大肠癌组织中表达水平均明显低于相应正常组织(P<0.01).结论 Mfn2在乳腺癌、甲状腺癌和大肠癌组织中表达低于正常组织,Mfn2与这3种恶性肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,可作为预测三种恶性肿瘤转移及其预后的参考指标.

Expression of Mfn2 in normal and tumor tissues

Objective To compare the expression of mitofusion-2 (Mfn2) in breast carcinoma, thyroid carcinoma, colorectal carcinoma and corresponding normal tissues, and to study the correlation between Mfn2 expression and tumor development. Method We collected 20 cases each of breast cancer, thyroid cancer, colorectal cancer tissues and corre-sponding normal tissues, and immunohistochemistry was utilized to detect the expression of Mfn2 in different tissues. Re-sult The expression of Mfn2 was varied in different tissues, with lower expression observed in pathological tissues than that in normal tissues (P<0.01). Conclusion The expression of Mfn2 was low in breast cancer, thyroid cancer and colorectal cancer tissues when compared with normal tissues, suggesting a close relationship between Mfn2 and the occur-rence and development of the three malignant tumors, which is a reference indicator in predicting the metastasis and prog-nosis of the three malignant tumors.
