四项肿瘤标志物检测在乳腺癌术后诊断及治疗中的价值

目的研究血清CA15-3、CEA、TPS、CA125检测在乳腺癌患者术后诊断、治疗中的意义。方法选择2006年-2007年在山西医科大学附属肿瘤医院就诊的部分乳腺癌患者472例,在术后随访3年中无转移者331例,发生转移者141例。用化学发光法分别检测转移组及未转移组肿瘤标志物水平;转移组治疗后不同疗效组肿瘤标志物水平。结果乳腺癌患者术后发生转移与未发生转移CA15-3、CEA、TPS、CA125水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),术后发生转移患者治疗后病情缓解与病情进展之间CA15-3、CEA、TPS、CA125水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四项肿瘤标志物的检测对乳腺癌术后转移的诊断及治疗的疗效评价有重要的指导意义。

The Value of Detection of Four Tumor Markers in Breast Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment

Objective To study the usefulness of detection of four tumor markers in the diagnosis of breast cancer after surgey and treatment.Methods Choose 472 patients with breast cancer from 2006 to 2007 in the Shanxi Tumor Hospital(331 non-metastatic patients and 141 metastatic patients).The serum levels of tuomor makers were determined by chemiluminescence immunoassay between metastatic patients and non-metastatic patients.The different efficacy serum levels of tumor markers were determined by chemiluminescence immunoassay in the metastatic patients after treatment.Results The serum levels of CA15-3,CEA,TPS,CA125 were significantly elevalted in metastatic patients compared with non-metastatic patients(P <0.001).The serum levels of CA153,CEA,TPS,CA125 were significantly elevalted in disease mitigative patients compared with disease progressive patients(P <0.05).Conclusion The detection of the four tumor makers have important application in the diagnosis of metastasis and the evaluation of treatment.
