摘    要:
目的:研究夏枯草总黄酮提取过程的动态变化,为设计夏枯草总黄酮提取工艺提供理论依据.方法:对超声辅助提取夏枯草总黄酮数据采用OriginPro7.5软件按二阶指数方程衰减式y = A1e(-x/t1)+A2e(-x/t2)+y0拟合,并按该方法对文献中数据进行拟合验证,预测提取液的最大浓度.结果:二阶指数方程衰减式拟合曲线能很好地符合原始数据点的变化趋势,预测结果也与试验值相同,表明其能正确反映提取时间和提取液浓度的关系.结论:拟合的方程合理可靠,拟合方法简单易行,可以为夏枯草等中药材的提取工艺研究提供参考依据.

Abstract:
Objective: To study the dynamic changes in the extraction process of flavonoids in Prunella to provide a theoretical basis for the extraction process of Prunella.Method: The data of flavonoids ultrasonic-assisted extraction were fitted by the second-order exponential equation,y=A1e(-x/t1)+A2e(-x/t2)+ y0 in OriginPro 7.5 software.The data in the literature were verified and the maximum concentration of the extracts was predicted according to the method.Result: The second-order exponential decay-type curve could fit the trend of the original data points and predict the same results as the experimental data.It could precisely reflect the relationship between the extraction time and the extract concentration.Conclusion: The fitted equation is reasonable and reliable,and the fitted method is simple,which can provide reference for the extraction of Chinese herbal medicines such as Prunella.
