摘    要:考察了添加诱导子和紫杉醇合成前体物对红豆杉细胞的生长和脱氢酶活力的影响。实验结果显示:水杨酸对细胞生长有一定的毒性;甲基茉莉酮酸对细胞的毒性较小,并使细胞的生长期延长;低浓度的苯丙氨酸使细胞生物量和脱氢酶活力略有提高;苯甲酸钠对细胞生长有一定的抑制作用,但在较低浓度下对细胞生长影响不大。

Effect of Elicitor and Precursors on Cell Culture of Taxus

Abstract:The effect of elicitor and other precursors for the synthesis of taxol on both the growth and activity of dehydrogenase of yew cells was studied. The results showed that salicylic acid was toxic to the cells and reduced both the cell growth and the activity of dehydrogenase, and should be controlled carefully. Methyl jasmonic acid was relatively less toxic and could prolong the growth of cells. Phenylalanine at lower concentration, however, could slightly improve cell growth and the activity of dehydrogenase. While, sodium benzoate decreased the growth of cells.
