胰腺细胞凋亡参与重症急性胰腺炎病理反应全过程

目的：研究胰腺细胞凋亡在重症急性胰腺炎（severe acute pancreatitis，SAP）病理反应中的作用。方法：将68只SD大鼠随机分成SAP组和对照组，SAP组大鼠采用胰腺包膜下广泛多点均匀注射4％牛磺胆酸，并行空肠造口。对照组大鼠仅行开腹手术。分别于术后12h、24h．36h处死大鼠，用Sehmidt方法进行胰腺病损严重度评分，观察胰腺病理损害，检测各时点胰腺细胞凋亡指数。观察1周死亡率。结果：SAP组大鼠胰腺发生明显病理损害，SAP时各时点胰腺细胞存在胰腺细胞凋亡，SAP大鼠1周死亡率为90％。结论：胰腺细胞凋亡参与重症急性胰腺炎病理反应全过程。

Apoptosis of Pancreatic Cell Participates in the Pathological Process in Rats with SAP

Objective: To investigate the role of apoptosis of pancreatic cell in the pathological process in rats with acute pancreatits(SAP). Methods;68 SD rats were randomly divided to 2 groups :SAP group and contrel group. SAP group was submitted to injection of sodium taurocholate under the pancreatic capsule to induce severe acute pancreatitis and jejunostomy was performed. The control had sham operation only. At 12,24,36hours after the induction of SAP,8 rats in each group were killed. The histological severity were assessed by Schmidt method. The apoptotic rate of pancreatic cell determined. One week mortality was calculated. Results: Obvious pathologic changes were observed in pancreas and the apoptotic rate of pancreatic cell in SAP groups were much higher than that in the control group(P<0. 01). The mortality rate was 12. 5% in 24h,90% in a week. Conclusion: Apoptosis of pancreatic cell participates in the whole pathological process in rats with SAP.
