针刀配合低浓度药物治疗跟痛症43例疗效观察

目的:观察针刀结合低浓度药物局部治疗跟痛症的临床疗效.方法:将86例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例,对照组采用醋酸曲安奈德注射液6 mg,2%利多卡因注射液3 mL,维生素B12注射液0.5 mg,加 0.9%盐水配成10 mL混合液进行局部注射治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用针刀进行治疗,观察2组临床疗效.结果:治疗组痊愈率为93.02%,总有效率100.00%,对照组痊愈率为51.16%,总有效率69.77%;2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:针刀结合低浓度药物局部注射治疗跟痛症临床疗效显著.

Curative Effects of Needle-knife Combined with Low Concentration Medicine in Treating 43 Cases of Calcanodynia

Objective： To explore curative effects of needle-knife and low concentration medicine in local treatment of calcanodynia.Method： Eighty-six patients were randomized into treatment group and control group,43 cases each goup.Control group were given with 10 mL mixed liquor including 6 mg triamcinolone acetonaide acetate injection,3 mL 2% lidocaine hydrochloride injection,0.5mg vitamin B 12 and 0.9% saline,treatment group were also treated with needle-knife.Clinical effects of both groups were observed.Result： Cure rate of treatment group was 93.02%,total effective rate was 100.00%,cure rate of control group was 51.16%,total effective rate was 69.77%;the difference between both groups suggested remarkable meaning（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Needle-knife and low concentration medicine in local treatment of calcanodynia could obtain remarkable clinical effects and long-term results.
