江阴口岸出入境人员B超检查结果分析探讨

目的通过对出入境人员传染病监测体检中B超检查结果分析,了解出入境人员的健康状况和患病特点,以便保健中心更加及时有效地对其进行健康咨询指导,提高人民群众的健康水平。方法对2007年1月至2008年12月出入江阴口岸的8669名体检人员的B超检查结果进行分析。结果检出阳性病例共636例,检出率7.34%,疾病种类29种,以肝脏患病最多,为319例,占总阳性病例50.16%;其次是胆道系统疾病198例,占阳性病例的31.13%;脾脏18例,占阳性病例2.83%;肾脏疾病96例,占阳性病例15.09%;内脏反转1例,占0.16%;腹腔占位4例,占0.63%。结论根据统计结果,保健中心能够更好地为出入境人员提供健康咨询服务和健康指导。

Analysis and exploration of B-ultrasound results among entry-exit personnel at Jiangyin Port

Objective Through analyzing B-ultrasound results among entry-exit personnel, we try tn master their health conditions and disease characteristics in order to provide timely and effective health consultation and im- prove people＇s health. Methods Analyze B-ultrasound results of 8669 entry-exit personnel at Jiangyin Port from January 2007 to December 2008. Results Among the 636 positive eases, there are 29 types of diseases, with a detection rate of 7.34% among which 319 eases are liver diseases, with a positive rate of 50.16%; 198 eases are gallbladder diseases, with a positive rate of 31.13%; 18 cases are spleen diseases, with a positive rate of 2.83%; 96 cases are kidney diseases, with a positive rate of 15.09%; one ease of internal organs reversal, accounting for 0.16%; four cases of abdominal space occupation, accounting for 0.63%. Conclusion According to statistical results, healtheare center can provide better healtheare consultation and guidance.
