PICC安全评价工具在癌症患者化疗中的应用效果及评价研究

目的观察PICC安全评价工具在癌症患者化疗中的应用效果及评价。方法选取2011年9月至2012年9月在我科留置PICC的121例患者,随机分为试验组和对照组各80例,对照组的PICC置管术后不做功能锻炼,试验组患者PICC置管时应用安全评价工具表在专门的PICC管理小组成员监督指导下护理减少PICC并发症的发生。结果干预1个月后,试验组的PICC并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PICC安全评价工具表弥补了PICC置管的原有缺陷,减少PICC并发症发生的效果显著,保证了医疗护理质量。

PICC Security Evaluation Tools Application in Chemotherapy of Cancer Patients and Evaluation

Objective To observe the application effect of PICC safety evaluation tool in chemotherapy in cancer patients and evaluation. Methods 121 cases in 2011 September-2012 year in September in our department, the patients with PICC, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 80 cases in each group, the control group of the PICC settings do not do function exercise after operation test tube, patients in group PICC were treated with the safety evaluation tool surface occurred in the guidance of specialized PICC management team under the supervision of nursing reducing the complications of PICC application tube. Results 1 months after the intervention, the complications of PICC in experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, there was significant difference between two groups （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion PICC safety evaluation tool table makes up the defects of PICC catheter, reduce PICC complications significantly, ensure the quality of medical care.
