臭氧、玻璃酸钠关节腔注射联合针刀松解治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效观察

目的观察臭氧、玻璃酸钠关节腔注射联合针刀松解治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法 60例膝骨性关节炎患者,随机均分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组膝关节内注射玻璃酸钠1次/周,连续5周;观察组膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠1次/周,连续5周,并在前3周同时注射臭氧联合针刀松解。比较两组治疗前和治疗第3周、第5周、第8周、第12周、第16周VAS和治疗效果。结果对照组在治疗第3周、第5周、第8周、第12周VAS评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),第16周VAS评分与治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后VAS评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且下降更明显;同一观察点观察组与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者膝关节功能的优良率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节腔内注射臭氧联合玻璃酸钠配合针刀松解治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,能快速缓解疼痛,促进了生物力学平衡失调的恢复,改善膝关节功能,无不良反应,且远期疗效优于玻璃酸钠。

Efficacy Observation of Ozone,Intra-articular Injection of Sodium Hyaluronate Combined Needle Knife Treatment to Knee Osteoarthritis

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of medical ozone combined with sodium hyaluronate（SH） by intra-articular injection and needle knife relaxing therapy on treating knee osteoarthritis.Methods60 cases of knee osteoarthritis randomLy divided into two groups of control group and observing group. Both groups were treated 5 times for all and once per week. The control group was injected SH into the knee joint. Observing group were injected medical ozone combined with SH and needle knife relaxing therapy for 3 weeks, then inject SH for 2 weeks. Before treatment and 3 weeks, 5 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks, 16 weeks after treatment respectively the two groups adopted the visual analogue scale （VAS） to assess clinical effect.ResultsThe VAS scores of control groups 3 weeks, 5 weeks, 8 weeks, 12weeks after treatment are obviously lower than before treatment （respectivelyP〈0.05）, but The VAS scores don’t show signiifcant statistical difference in 16 weeks （P〉0.05）. The VAS scores of observing group are obviously lower than before treatment （respectivelyP〈0.05）. The VAS score of the observing group are signiifcant statistical different compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. The excellent rate of knee joint function is improved has signiifcant statistical difference between two group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Medical ozone combined with SH by intra-articular injection and needle knife relaxing therapy can rapidly relieve joint pain, improve knee joint function. The long curative effects is superior to SH, and no obvious side effects were observed.
