| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨加味逍遥散配合针刺治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效.方法:治疗组73例采用加味逍遥散配合针刺治疗,对照组68例单用针刺治疗.结果:总有效率治疗组为89.4％,对照组为88.2％,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),在降低雌二醇(E2)、泌乳素(PRI)和升高孕酮(P)方面,治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:加味逍遥散配合针刺治疗乳腺增生有良好疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the curative effect of Jiawei Xiaoyao powder combined with acupuncture on breast hyperplasia.Methods: 73 patients in treatment group treated with Jiawei Xiaoyao powder combined with acupuncture,and 68 patients in control group treated with acupuncture only.Results: The total effective rate was 89.4% in treatment group and 88.2% in control group(P<0.05);decreasing the estradiol(E2) and prolactin(PRI),and increasing progesterone(P) in treatment group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Jiawei Xiaoyao powder combined with acupuncture is very effective for breast hyperplasia. |
