疏血通联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死60例总结

目的:观察疏血通联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效.方法:将120例该病患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例采用疏血通注射液联合依达拉奉注射液治疗,对照组60例采用血栓通联合胞二磷胆碱治疗;在治疗前和治疗后第7天、第14天分别进行ESS和ADL评分,并计算ESS和ADL的增分率,判断临床疗效.结果:治疗组治疗后14天ESS、ADL评分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义;与对照组比较,其ESS和ADL的增分率差异也有统计学意义.结论:疏血通联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死有较好疗效.

Clinical Study of Shuxuetong Combined with Edaravone on 60 Cases of Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Shuxuetong combined with Edaravone on acute cerebral infarction.Methods: 120 patients with the disease were randomly divided into two groups,60 patients in treatment group were treated with Shuxuetong injection combined with edaravone injection,60 in control group with Xueshuantong combined with citicoline.The ESS and ADL scores were scored before the treatment and after the treatment at 7th day and 14th respectively,and then,the growth fractions of ESS and ADL were calculated to determine the clinical efficacy.Results: The scores difference of ESS and ADL before treatment and after treatment at 14th day was statistically significant in treatment group,compared with the control group,the increased fraction difference of ESS and ADL was statistically significant.Conclusion: Shuxuetong combined with edaravone is very effective to treat acute cerebral infarction.
