| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高频超声诊断脐尿管病变的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析13例术前经超声检查、术后经病理证实的脐尿管病变的超声图像资料。结果超声检查显示:12例脐尿管瘘,正中腹壁深层脐部与充盈膀胱顶部之间可见管状低～无回声;1例脐尿管癌。结论高频超声可显示脐尿管走形、管腔内径及与周围组织比邻关系,是脐尿管病变首选的检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical application value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of urachal disease.Methods Ultrasound image data of 13 urachal disease patients examined preoperatively by sonography and confirmed postoperatively by pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results Diagnosis by ultrasound showed that 12 cases had urachal fistula,and no echo was found between navel under deep lamella of meso-abdominal wall and the top of filled bladder and one case had urachal carcinoma.Conclusion High frequency ultrasound is a preferred diagnostic method for urachal disease.It can show the urachal shape,the correlation between inner diameter of lumen and surrounding tissues,so it is the first choice in the diagnosis of urachal disease. |
