浅谈组织工程学的教学实践与认识

组织工程学是一门新兴的边缘学科和交叉学科，具有“新、多、活”的学科特点，“新”是指新兴学科，“多”是指涉及多门学科，“活”是指教学方法灵活。在教学方法上，采取理论课程与实验课程相结合的方式，利用现代化的多媒体教学手段，充分调动学生的学习积极性，收到了良好的教学效果。同时，目前的组织工程学教学中还存在着一些问题，如缺乏统一、适用的教科书和复合型教学、科研人才等，需要进一步加以解决。

The superficial teaching practice of tissue engineering

The tissue engineering is a newly rising interdisciplinary subject and crossing subject, and has the characters of new,multitude and vigor. The new means newly emerging subject ,the multitude means referring many subjects, and the vigor means smart teaching methods. In the teaching methods, the style of combining theory and experiment is applied, and the teaching means of modern multimedia is utilized, which obtains satisfying result. However,there are still some problems,such as lacking unified and applied text-books and compound talented person, which are needed to solve further.
