黄芪注射液致41例不良反应文献分析

目的 :探讨黄芪注射液所致不良反应的特点和预防方法。方法 :检索1988年～2003年国内医药学期刊报道应用黄芪注射液致不良反应案例 ,并进行统计、分析。结果 :黄芪注射液所致不良反应与性别、年龄无关 ;于静脉滴注期间发生32例 (占78 05 %) ,以30min以内发生居多 ,再次或反复数次用药后发生24例 (占41 46 %) ;临床表现复杂多样 ,主要表现为过敏反应 ,严重者可出现过敏性休克。结论 :临床医师、药师应重视黄芪注射液的不良反应 ,坚持合理用药。

Review of Literature about Adverse Reactions to Astragalus Injection in 41 Cases

OBJECTIVE:To study the characteristics and preventive measures of the ADRs associated with astragalus inˉjection.METHODS:ADRs to astragalus injection in41cases,reported in domestic medical journals from1988～2003,were colˉlected and analysed.RESULTS:The ADRs to astragalus injection were independent of patient's sex and age.ADRs occured du_ ring intravenous drop in32cases(78.05%)mostly within30min after injection,and24cases(41.46%)had ADRs at a second time or repeated injection.The clinical manifestations of ADRs were varying,of which the allergic reaction was the commonest one including anaphylactic shock.CONCLUSION:Clinical physicians and pharmacists should pay attention to the ADRs of asˉtragalus injection and rationally use the preparation.
