Abstract:BACKGROUND:Inflammatory responses in injured nerves have been recognized as important factors for initially sensitizing nociceptive neurons.Cyclooxygenase(COX) is the rate-limiting enzyme in prostaglandin synthesis,and COX-2 inhibitor is involved in mechanisms of analgesia and anti-inflammation.
