首发脑卒中患者生存质量及其影响因素的路径分析

目的探讨首发脑卒中患者生存质量的影响因素,为制定干预措施提供参考依据。方法应用路径分析方法,采用患者一般情况调查表、脑卒中影响量表(SIS)、简易应对方式问卷(SCMQ)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、生活事件量表(LES)对648例首发脑卒中患者进行问卷调查。结果脑卒中患者生存质量总体较低;日常活动能力是患者生存质量的最强预测因素,路径系数为0.68;社会支持、医疗支付方式、家庭人均月收入是直接影响因素,路径系数分别为0.53、0.66、0.51;消极应对、负性事件、年龄是间接影响因素,路径系数分别为-0.13、0.10、0.03。结论首发脑卒中患者生存质量总体水平较低,受到多种相互作用的因素影响,需予综合干预。

Path analysis of factors influencing the life quality for patients with first stroke

Objective To study the factors influencing the quality of life for patients with first stroke, and to provide the basis for intervention.Method A total of 648 patients with first stroke were recruited and investigated with the self-designed demographic information questionnaire, Stroke impact scale (SIS), simple coping modes questionnaire (SCMQ), social support rating scale (SSRS) and life event scale (LES) by path analysis.Results The life quality of patients with first stroke was worse than that of normal subjects.Daily activity ability is the strongest predictor for mental health status of patients.Social support, medical payment and family per capita income were direct factors.Negative coping style, the life events and age were indirect.Conclusions The life quality of patients with first stroke was at a lower level.It was affected by many interacting factors, comprehensive intervention is necessary.
