| 摘 要： | 以军队医院经费物资管理的现状为背景,介绍了军队医院经费物资管理信息化系统的设计原则、系统特点和业务流程,分析了搭建经费物资管理信息化系统所取得的实际效果,阐述了我院如何依托信息化的手段实现经费流、物资流和信息流三位一体的全程监督管理. |

| Abstract: | Taking the current status of bankroll and material management in military hospital as the background, it introduces the design principle, system feature, and business process, analyzes the practical effect by building bankroll and material management information system, and expatriates how the hospital realizes the entire three dimensional supervision and control management, namely, bankroll flow, material flow, and information flow, by relying on the information means. |
