摘    要:目的:探讨烫伤严重程度及延迟复苏对小肠推进进功能的影响,为烫伤后肠动力功能的维持提供理论指导和实践手段。方法:采用10%,20%和30%小鼠背部Ⅲ度烫伤模型。伤后1小时按Parkland公式行腹腔输液复苏;伤后12小时碳素墨汁灌胃,25分钟后处死小鼠,计算小肠复苏则于伤后6小时复苏。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of severity of burns and delayed resuscitation on intestinal propulsive movement in a bid to improve gastrointestinal motility and prevent multiple organ failure.Methods:Rats were subjected to 10%,20%,and 30% total body surface area fullthickness thermal injury,and they were given resuscitation according to the Parkland formula an hour later.The animals were gavaged with blackink at 12 hours after injury,and were sacrificed 25 minutes later to observe intestinal propulsive rate.Results:In rats with different degrees of thermal injury severity,the intestinal propulsive rate was uniformly decreased.The intestinal propulsive rate was decreased along with the increase in extent of thermal injury,and it reached a very low level in animals with delayed resuscitation.Conclusions:Intestinal propulsive movement is severely impaired after severe burns,and improvement of intestinal propulsive movement may have significance for prevention of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome resulted from major burns.
