腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效观察

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的临床效果和优越性。方法收集该院从2008年1月—2012年1月期间收治的异位妊娠患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中行腹腔镜手术者86例,行开腹手术者66例,比较两组的治疗效果。结果腹腔镜组比开腹组术中出血量少、下床时间早、住院时间短、术后并发症少,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点,可作为一种常规手术加以推广。

The Clinical Curative Effect on Laparoscopic Surgery Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective To study clinical effect and the superiority on the laparoscopic surgical treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods Aretrospective analysis on the clinical data of the ectopic pregnancy patients from January 2008 to January 2012,including laparoscopic surgery 86 cases,line open surgery 66 cases,compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results Laparoscopic group was superior to that in the open group comparison in following aspects ：less blood,getting off bed earlier,short hospitalization time,less postoperative complications,and the differences are statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery treatment of ectopic pregnancy which has the advantages of small trauma,quick recovery,less complications advantages,and can be regarded as a routine procedure is extended.
