经皮微创空心钉结合中药薰洗治疗A2型腕舟骨骨折

目的：探讨采用经皮微创空心拉力螺钉内固定结合中药薰洗治疗新鲜腕舟骨骨折的治疗方法及临床疗效。方法：自2008年6月-2011年2月采用经皮微创空心拉力螺钉内固定治疗新鲜腕舟骨骨折共20例,术后随访,在随访中根据改良Mayo评分标准进行评分以观察疗效。结果：20例舟骨骨折均愈合,临床愈合时间为7～13周,平均10.3周,20例均获得随访,随访13～45个月,平均26.7个月,在最终的随访中改良Mayo腕关节评分85～100分,平均94.6分。结论：对于年轻的腕舟骨骨折患者,采用经皮微创空心拉力螺钉内固定结合中药薰洗的治疗方法具有良好临床疗效,是一项值得推广的治疗方法。

Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Cannulated Screw Fixation combined with Chinese Herbal Fumigation and Washing for the Treatment of Scaphoid Fracture

Objective：To explore clinical efficacy of percutaneous minimally invasive cannulated screw fixation combined with Chinese Medicine fumigation and washing on fresh scaphoid fractures. Methods： From June 2008 to February 2011, 20 cases with fresh scaphoid fractures were treated with percutaneous minimally invasive cannulated screw fixation. All of the patients were followed up. The efficacy was investigated according to the modified Mayo score. Results： Twenty cases of scaphoid fracture were cured. The medium time of course was 7 to 13 weeks, with an average of 10.3 weeks. All the patients were followed up for 13 to 45 months, with an average of 26.7 months. The modified Mayo wrist score was 85 to 100, with an average of 94.6 points. Conclusion： Minimally invasive percutaneous cannulated screw fixation combined with Chinese herbal fumigation treatment is effective for young patients with scaphoid fractures, deserving further clinical application.
