慢肝0号方治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床研究

目的观察慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者慢肝0号方治疗前后临床症状、体征、肝功能、血清肝纤维化指标的变化。方法治疗组27例患者服用自拟＂慢肝0号方＂,剂量为1.5g/次,3次/d;对照组25例只给予常规护肝治疗。两组疗程均为52周。结果慢肝0号方可有效改善慢性乙型肝炎患者的临床症状与体征;恢复肝功能,其效果与具明确保肝降酶作用的药物相同。慢肝0号方具有明显抗肝纤维化作用,治疗组治疗后血清透明质酸（HA）、层黏连蛋白（LN）、Ⅲ型前胶原（Pc-Ⅲ）、Ⅳ型胶原（Ⅳ-C）较治疗前明显下降,两组比较有明显差异。结论慢肝0号方除有明确保肝作用外,还有一定的抗肝纤维化作用。

Clinical Research for Treatment of Liver fibrosis in Chronic Hepatitis B by Mangan 0 Decoction

Objective To observe the liver fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B patients with liver Mangan 0 Decoction before and after treatment of clinical symptoms, signs, the changes of liver function, serum liver fibrosis indexes. Methods The treatment group and 27 patients to take the Mangan 0 Decoction, the dose of 1.5 g/time, 3 times/d; 25 cases were only given routine protect liver treatment.Two groups of a course of 52 weeks. Results The Mangan 0 Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with chronic hepatitis B; To restore liver function, its effect and has the effects of clear liver enzyme reduction at the same drug. Mangan 0 Decoction party has obvious anti liver fibrosis, the treatment group after treatment, serum hyaluronic acid （HA） , layer adhesion protein （LN） , type Ⅲ before collagen （Pc-Ⅲ） , collagen type Ⅳ （Ⅳ-C） was decreased obviously, the two groups have obvious difference. Conclu- sion Mangan 0 Decoction has clear hepatoprotective effect, unless there is a certain anti hepatic fibrosis effect.
