| 摘 要： | 目的观察六味地黄汤合四逆散治疗女性更年期失眠症的临床疗效。方法将42例女性更年期失眠症患者随机分为两组：治疗组22例,给予六味地黄汤合四逆散治疗;对照组20例,给予艾司唑仑片及谷维素片治疗。疗程均为4周,治疗结束后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率95.5%,对照组总有效率80%,两组总有效率比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;治疗后两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论六味地黄汤合四逆散治疗女性更年期失眠症临床疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical curative efficacy of Liuweidihuang Decoction and Sini Powder on Women Menopause Insomnia. Methods 42 cases of women menopause insomnia were randomly divided two groups： the 22 cases of Treatment group treated with Liuweidihuang Decoction and Sini Powder, the remaining 20 cases of control group treated with Estazolam Tablets and Oryzanol Tablets. Observe the Clinical curative efficacy after 4 weeks. Results The total efficiency in treatment group was 95.5%, the total efficiency in control group was 80%, there was significant differences in total efficiency comparison between two groups （P 〈0.05） ; there was significant differences in Pittsburgh sleep quality index score comparison between two groups after treatment （P〈0.05） .Conclusion The clinical curative efficacy of Liuweidihuang Decoction and Sini Powder on Women Menopause Insomnia is exact. |
