短期胰岛素泵对2型糖尿病合并高血压血脂谱影响

目的 观察1周胰岛素泵治疗对2型糖尿病合并高血压患者血脂谱的影响。方法 选取2011-2012年该院收治的23例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者，给予胰岛素泵强化治疗1周，观察治疗前后血糖[空腹血糖（FPG）及餐后2小时血糖（2hPG）]、血脂谱[血清总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、三酰甘油（TG）]变化。结果 治疗后患者FPG及2hPG、TC、LDL-C较治疗前明显降低，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）；而HDL-C、TG变化不明显，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 2型糖尿病合并高血压患者给予胰岛素泵强化治疗短期内既可稳定控制血糖，也可改善脂质代谢。

Influence of short-term insulin pump therapy on lipid spectrum of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes with hypertension

Objective To observe the changes of lipid spectrum after one-week intensive glucose control with insulin pump in 2 diabetes （T2DM） patients with hypertension. Methods Twenty-three T2DM patients with hypertension were enrolled during 2011 and 2012 by this hospital and underwent one-week intensive glucose control with insulin pump. The blood glucose （FPG and 2hPG） and lipid spectrum（TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、TG） were evaluated before and after the treatment. Results Fasting blood glucoses （FPG）,2-hour plasma glucose （2hPG）,serum total cholesterol （TC）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） after treatment were significantly lower than those before the treatment （P〈0.01）,while there was no statistically significant difference on HDL-C and TG between before and after the treatment（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The insulin pump therapy can stabilized blood glucose and improve the lipid metabolism of the patients with T2DM comblined hypertension.
