血脂水平异常与脑出血发病的相关性研究

目的 对血脂水平异常与脑出血发病的相关性进行研究.方法 对我院2010-01-2012-09的120例急性脑出血患者进行回顾性分析,并选取性别、年龄相仿的120例健康体检者,分别分为实验组和对照组.将2组患者入院时的血脂检测结果 进行对比分析.结果 （1）实验组TG、ApoB水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.（2）青壮年（＜60岁）患者中,实验组TC、TG和ApoB水平明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）.（3）老年患者（＞60岁）中实验组TG、LDL-C和ApoB水平均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）,HDL-C、ApoA1水平则明显较对照组有所降低（P＜0.05）.结论 脑出血患者以TG、ApoB水平升高为主要变化,而不同年龄段脑出血患者血脂变化也有所不同,对临床有一定的辅助诊断价值.

The correlation study of the abnormal change of blood lipid levels and the incidence of intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective To study the correlation of the abnormal change of blood lipid levels and the incidence of intracere- bral hemorrhage. Methods 120 cases with acute cerebral hemorrhage and 120 cases of healthy check-up persons in our hospital from January 2010 to September 2012 were analyzed retrospectively and divided into experimental group and control group. Results （1）The levels of TG and ApoB in experimental group were higher than those in the control group, with signifi- cant difference （P〈0.05） ; （2）In young patients （〈60 years old） ,the levels of TC, TG and ApoB in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group （P（0.05） ; （3） In older patients （〉 60 years）, the levels of TG, LDL-C and ApoB in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0.05） ,and the levels of HDL-C, ApoA1 in experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P（0.05）. Conclusions Patients with intracere- bral hemorrhage have the major changes of triglyceride （TG） and apolipoprotein B （ApoB） levels, and different age paragraph the cerebral hemorrhage patients with blood lipid change is also different, that was valuable for clinical auxiliary diagnosis.
