长春西汀与灯盏细辛联合治疗非急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察

目的 观察长春西汀联合灯盏细辛治疗非急性脑梗死的临床疗效.方法 将2011-06-2013-01收诊的非急性脑梗死患者随机分成2组,对照组和观察组各68例.对照组采用长春西汀治疗,观察组在此基础上加载灯盏细辛治疗.比较治疗前后2组间NIHSS评分及Barthel指数差异;比较治疗前后2组间血液流变学变化.结果 治疗2周后及1个月后回访结果 显示,观察组NIHSS 评分均显著低于对照组,而Barthel指数则显著高于对照组,P＜0.05.通过2周的治疗后观察组患者全血高切变黏度、低切变黏度、血浆比黏度、红细胞沉降率均显著低于对照组,P＜0.05.结论 长春西汀联合灯盏细辛治疗非急性脑梗死能有效降低血黏度,改善患者的神经功能缺失症状,疗效良好.

Observation on the clinical efficacy of vinpocetine combined with fleabane on non-acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of vinpocetine combined with fleabane on non-acute cerebral in- farction. Methods Patients with non-acute cerebral infarction from June 2011 to January 2013 were randomly divided into con- trol group（vinpoeetine treatment group）and observation group（vinpocetine combined with fleabane treatment group）, with 68 cases in every group, then the NIHSS score,Barthel index and indexes of blood rheology before the treatment and at 2nd week after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results After 2 weeks of treatment and one month follow-up, the NIHSS score of observation group were lower than that of control group,and the Barthel index were higher than those that of control group, all P~0.05. After 2 weeks of treatment the high shear viscosity, low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were all lower than control group, all P~0.05. Conclusions Vinpocetine combined with fleabane has a good clinical efficacy on non-acute cerebral infarction by effectively reducing blood viscosity and improve the neurological defi- cits.
