| 摘 要： | 髓细胞触发受体-1(TREM-1)是近年发现的一种新免疫球蛋白超家族受体,主要表达于中性粒细胞、巨噬细胞等髓样细胞表面,其在触发和放大炎症反应方面具有重要作用。脓毒症(Sepsis)是机体在感染后发生的全身炎症反应综合征,研究证实脓毒症的发生与TREM-1表达上调密切相关。而中医药作为中国传统医学一部分,在治疗急症方面具有其独特优势,本文就中药治疗脓毒症与髓细胞触发受体-1关系研究情况作一综述。 |

| Abstract: | Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cell 1（TREM-1） is a new discovered immunoglobulin superfamily receptor in recent years,expressed on the surface of myeloid cells such as neutrophils and macrophages.It plays an important role in the triggering and amplification of inflammation reaction.Sepsis is the body’s systemic inflammation response syndrome after infection.Study confirmed that it is closely related between the occurrence of sepsis and the increase of TREM-1 expression.As part of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in the treatment of emergency.This article is reviewed as the relation between TREM-1 and Sepsis treated by traditional Chinese medicine. |
