腰椎间盘突出症首发足下垂的外科治疗

目的探讨首发足下垂症状的腰椎间盘突出症的治疗与预后。方法对有1年6个月以上随访结果的9例患者作回顾性总结,分析影响其疗效的因素。结果根据Sears提出的主观评分评定：优5例,良1例,可1例,差2例。结论首发足下垂症状的腰椎间盘突出症一经确诊,应尽快手术,彻底减压,手术的延迟将会造成严重后果。

Surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation with foot drop
