生长抑素对急性重症胰腺炎的疗效观察

目的 观察生长抑素治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法 35例重症急性胰腺炎患者使用了生长抑素治疗7～10d后，观察患者的症状、体征变化、血尿淀粉酶、肝功能恢复情况、C反应蛋白水平等。结果 经过7～10d生长抑素治疗后，患者的症状、体征、血尿淀粉酶、C反应蛋白、肝功能均得到不同程度的恢复，总有效率为84％。结论 生长抑素可以有效地控制重症急性胰腺炎的临床症状，降低患者的死亡率，且不良反应发生率低。

Somatostatin in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis

Objective To investigate the effect of somatostatin in the treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods Thirty-five patients with severe acute pancreatitis were treated with somatostatin.Clinical symptoms,serum and urinal amylase,liver function tests,and C-reactive protein were determined 7-10 days after treatment.Results Somatostatin significantly improved clinical symptoms,decreased serum and urinal amylase as well as C-reactive protein,and recovered liver function parameters.The total effective rate was 84%.No side-effect of somatostatin was observed.Conclusion Somatostatin effectively controls clinical symptoms of severe acute pancreatitis,decreases the mortality.It is safe in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.
