| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨弓形虫感染对精子膜功能的影响。方法 将 1 79例弓形虫检测的不育男性分为抗弓形虫抗体(ATAb)阳性组 (53例 )和阴性组 (1 2 6例 ) ,对其精液做低渗膨胀试验 ,进行对照分析。结果 ATAb阳性组的精子总膨胀率(44 50± 8 69)明显低于ATAb阴性组 (58 2 5± 9 48,P <0 0 1 ) ;ATAb阳性组 g型精子总膨胀率 (1 0 75± 3 2 2 )明显低于ATAb阴性组 (1 6 0 2± 6 2 8,P <0 0 1 )。结论 弓形虫感染对精子膜功能有明显影响 ,是弓形虫引起男性不育的原因之一 |

| Abstract: | Aim Study on the function of spermoctozoa with infection of Toxoplasma gondii Methods 179 sterility male patients,who had Toxoplasma gondii examined were divided into two groups:ATAb positive group (53 Samples) and ATAb negative group (126 samples),their semen was tested with hypoosmotic swelling test (Hos),the results of two groups were contrasted and analysed Results The total ratio of Hos of ATAb positive group was conspicuously low in the negative group (44 50±8 69 against 58 25±9 48,P<0 01;the ration of “g” type of sperm of ATAb positive group was conspicuously low in the negative group (10 75±3 22 against 16 02±6 28,P<0 01) Conclusion The infection of Toxoplasma gondii affects the function of spermatozoa and servs as one of the reasons which caused male sterility |
