| 摘 要： | 艾氏腹水癌小鼠肝过氧化氢酶,在肝匀浆中其Km值明显高于正常动物,而其酶活性却较低。两种动物的酶经提纯后,其Km值趋于一致,这说明酶活性降低不单是酶量减少,因为Km与酶量无关。看来肿瘤宿主肝组织中有某种影响因素存在,据此作了讨论。 |

| Abstract: | The Km of catalas in liver homogenate of the mouse bearing Ehrlich Ascites carcinoma was found to be far greater than that of the normal animal, and on the contrary, the enzyme activity of abnormal animal was significantly lower. After purification, the Km value of this enzyme from both of the normal and abnormal mice tended to get unanimous. This result indicated that the lower enzyme activity was not solely due to the lower enzyme content since the Km value bears no relation to the enzyme concentration, it seems that there are some influential factors in the liver of the tumor host. A discussion has been carried out. |
