归口管理对肺结核病例发现与化疗管理的影响

目的 了解实行归口管理后对福建省结核病例发现与化疗管理效果的影响。方法 根据全省各地市１９９８年、１９９９年结核病年报表资料作病例发现与化疗管理分析。结果 １９９９年实行归口管理后,活动性肺结核登记率较前增加１９.９２％,涂阳新登记率较前增加５１.１８％,各地市病人发现普遍增加,高低差值明显缩小;痰检质量较前提高,涂阳比例增加２７.７３％;化疗管理更加规范,治愈率从８２％提高到８９.５％,达到并超过ＷＨＯ提出的２０００年涂阳病人治愈率必须达到８５％的指标。结论 实行归口管理１年来对肺结核病的病例发现与化疗管理效果已产生良好的影响,但是归口管理工作仍需不断加强、完善,痰检质量有待进一步提高。

Effects on Classify Management for Case Finding and Chemical Treatment Management of Pulmonary Tubcrculosis

Objective To understand the effect on finding pulmonary TB case and chemical treatment management after performing the classify management.in Fujian provinee.Methods According to annual tuberculosis report data analysis of case finding and chemical treatment managcmcnt in all districts and cities of the whole provine.Results After performing classify management,new register rate of active tuberculosis increased to 19 92% in 1999.New register rate of smear-positive increaed to 51 18%.In all districts and cities the the finding of patients has increased general.It is reduced apparently;The quality of sputum detection increased;The proportion of smear-positive increased 27 73%.The chemical treatment management is more standard.Healing rate increased from 82% to 89 5%.It attained and exceeded the index,which is put forward by WHO that is 85%.Conclusion It has been produced good affect in finding tuberculosis case and chemical treatment management one year after performing classify management.But the classify management still needs to strengthen and perfect yet.The quality of sputum detection needs more improvement.
