| 摘 要： | 青蒿琥酯注射剂治疗恶性疟以及凶险型疟疾的推荐剂量为3天疗程,总量240mg。该剂量具有速效、低毒的优点,但原虫复燃率高达50%左右.试用7天疗程,总量480mg方案治疗恶性疟40例,原虫复燃率降至5.6%,亦未见毒副反应。本文结果提示,适当延长青蒿琥酯注射剂的疗程和增加总剂量,可明显地降低疟原虫的复燃率;延长疗程、增加总剂量而不增加每天量,未见毒副作用出现。

| Abstract: | The previous recommended dose of artesunate was totally 240mg for 3 days in the treatment of falciparum or pernicious malaria, which has the advantages of quick action an d hypotoxicity, but the recrudescence rate of plasmodia is about 50%. In this paper, it is reported that 480 mg of artesunate as the total dose for 7 days has been used to treat 40 patients with falciparum malaria. The recrudescence rate was reduced to 5.6% and there was not any side effect. It suggests that to prolong the treatment course and increase the total dose of artesunate without increasing the daily dose can reduce the recrudescence rate, having no sideeffects. |
