G-CSF治疗白血病化疗不同阶段发生的粒细胞缺乏症疗效观察

目的:探讨G-CSF在治疗白血病化疗不同阶段发生的粒细胞缺乏症的疗效。方法:31例均为ALL,其中14例于诱导缓解化疗期,17例于缓解后化疗期发生粒细胞缺乏症。均给予G-CSF治疗,观察中性粒细胞上升至1500/mm3时间。结果:诱导缓解组明显长于缓解后组,P<0.05。结论:G-CSF的疗效与患者骨髓造血功能密切相关。

The observation of the effect of G-CSF on agranulocytosis in different chemotheraphy of acute leukemia

Objective: To explore the eflect of G-CSF on agranulocytosis in differet stages of chemotherapy of acut leukemia. Methods: 31 cases are ALL, 14 of whom had their agranulocytosis in the period of guiding remission chemotheraphy and the other 17 in the period of post-remission chemotheraphy. All of them were treated with G-CSF, and the time during which the N rose to 1 5007 mm3 was observed. Results: The time of the group in guiding remission lasted longer than the one after remmission, P < 0. 05. Conclusions: The treatment effect of G-CSF is closely connected with the function of the patient's marrow.
