医院护士工作倦怠及其影响因素的调查研究

摘    要:
[目的]了解医院护士的工作倦怠水平及其影响因素。[方法]采用中式工作倦怠量表(CMBI)对医院175名护士进行调查。[结果]护士工作倦怠检出率为69.1%,其中轻度工作倦怠的检出率为34.8%,中度倦怠为30.3%,高度倦怠为4.0%;年龄、工龄和婚姻状况等对护士的工作倦怠水平有一定影响。[结论]医院护士的工作倦怠水平达轻中度,应采取积极措施进行干预。

Abstract:
Objective: To find out work lassitude level of hospital nurses and its influencing factors. Methods: A total of 175 nurses were investigated by filling out Chinese Maslach burnout inventory (CMBI). Results:The detection rate of burnout among nurses was 69.1%.The[KG*4] detection[KG*4] rate of slight burnout among nurses was 34.8%. The detection rate of moderate burnout among nurses was 30.3%. And the detection rate of high burnout among nurses was only 4.0%. Factors including age, working age and marital state of nurses have some influences on their work burnout level. Conclusion: Hospital nurses have slight to moderate work burnout. One should take some positive measures to intervene on it.
