易折型曲颈安瓿不易折断的原因分析

针对易折型曲颈安瓿普遍存在不易折断的状况，对13种易折型曲颈安瓿的非易折状况作了调查,并对5所医院335名临床护士就其操作现状进行了问卷调查。结果表明：安瓿的非易折率最高达78．48％，护士在掰启易折型安瓿时仍需使用砂轮割锯。影响安瓿易折率最重要的因素是颈段的外直径与割痕长度，同规格间比较差异有显著性（P＜0．01）。建议厂家要高度重视安瓿的质量，加强技术改革，提高易折型安瓿的易折率。

Analysis on Factors That Causes the Difficulties in Breaking-off the Easy-to-break Retort Ampoules

To counter that it is commonly hard to break off the easy-to-break ampoules, a survey of hard-to-break status of 13 kinds of easy-to-break ampoules was performed. Altogether 335 nurses from 5 hospitals were investigated by filling out the questionnaire about their manipulation process. Results showed that hard-to-break rate in some ampoules were as high as 78.48%. Nurses needed to use abrasive wheel cutter when they opened the easy-to-break ampoules. The most important factors that affecting the rate of easy-to-break of ampoules were both the outer diameter of the neck of ampoules and the length of cutting mark. There was a significant difference compared with each other in the same specification (P<0.01). Suggested that those companies should pay more attention to the quality of ampoules. They should strengthen their technological reform and elevate the quality of easy-to-break ampoules.
