| 摘 要： | 目的评价西安市新城区结核病控制项目实施效果。方法对新城区2004—2007年结核病门诊季报资料进行统计分析。结果传染源发现和治愈率逐年提高,新发涂阳病人登记率由2004年的16.9/10万上升到2007年的21.6/10万,治愈率由2004年的85.4%上升到2007年的93.5%。结论政府承诺与经费投入、推广现代结核病控制策略是实现结核病控制规划目标的关键措施。 |

| Abstract: | [ Objective ] To evaluate the effect of Tuberculosis（ TB ） control project in new urban area of Xi＇an City. [ Methods ] The quarterly reports of TB clinic from 2004--2007 were analyzed. [ Results] The discovery and treatment of source of infection elevated annually. The registration rate of newly-discovered smear-positive patients raised from 16.9/100,000 in 2004 to 21.6/100,000 in 2007. The cure rate of TB raised from 85.4% in 2004 to 93.5% in 2007. [ Conclusion] Government commitment, expenditure investment and popularizing the modem strategy for TB control were the key measures to realize the objective of the TB control program. |
