| 摘 要： | 为研究幼年类风湿病患儿血清可溶性白细胞介２受体水平的变化，我们采用双抗体夹心间接ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测了２０例ＪＲＤ患儿和正常儿童血清ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ。提示ＪＲＤ活动期血清ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平的变化可反映它的病情及判断其是否活动的标志。

| Abstract: | To study the chang of serum solvable interleukin-2 repectors (SIL-2R)in children with juvenile rheumatoid disease(JRD),serum SIL-2R were determined in 20 normal control and 20 chileren with JRD with ELISA.Results showed:that serum SIL-2R level of activity stage much higher than of normal control.There was a good correlation between serum SIL-2R level and red sedimentation rate in activity stage of JRD.Results indicate that:the dwtermination of SIL-2R in activity stage is helpful to judge the condition and activity of patients. |
