推拿牵引加中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症60例临床分析

目的评价推拿牵引加中药治疗腰间盘突出症的临床效果，与单纯的牵引加中药治疗相比较。方法对120例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为推拿牵引加中药治疗组60例（治疗组），单纯牵引中药治疗组60例（对照组），观察比较两组疗效。结果治疗组治愈42例，占70％；显效15例，占25％；有效3例，占5％；无效0例，总有效率为100％；对照组治愈21例，占35％；显效16例，占26．67％；有效10例，占16．67％；无效13例，占21．67％，总有效率为78．3％。结论推拿牵引加中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症优于单纯牵引加中药治疗。

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF TRACTION AND MASSAGE COMBINED CHINESE HERBS FOR 60 CASES WITH LUMBAR DISC HERNIATION

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of the traction and traditional Chinese medicine and massage treatment of lumbar disc herniation,compared with the traction and traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Methods 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into traction and traditional Chinese medi-cine and massage therapy group,60 patients(the treatment group),the traction and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group of 60 patients(control group),then compare the clinical therapy effects.Results In the treatment group,42 patients were cured,cure rate was 70%;cases of produce was 15,the rate was 25%;cases of effection was 3,the rate was 5%;cases of no effect was 0,The total efficiency was 100%;In the control group,21 patients were cured,cure rate was 35%;cases of produce was 16,the rate was 26.67%;cases of effection was 10,the rate was 16.67%;cases of no effect was 13,the rate was 21.67%,The total efficiency was 78.3%.Conclusion trac-tion and traditional Chinese medicine and massage treatment of lumbar disc herniation superior traction and traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
