后外侧融合椎弓根螺钉固定术在腰椎退行性疾病中的应用

目的探讨提高腰椎退行性疾病手术疗效的方法。方法对220例腰椎退行性疾病，实行腰椎间盘摘除、椎管减压、复位等常规操作的同时，进行后外侧腰椎融合和椎弓根螺钉器械固定。结果症状完全消失186例，部分缓解30例，无明显改善4例，治疗满意率98．2％。并发症总发生率为6．4％，无再手术及症状加重病例，判定融合215例，融合成功率97．7％。结论在腰椎退行性疾病手术中，应用后外侧融合和椎弓根内固定技术能获得较好的临床效果。

Application of Post-lateral Fusion and Internal Fixation with Pedicle Screws to Degenerative Disease of Lumbar

Objective To discuss the operative methods of improving the effects of degenerative disease of lumbar. Methods 220 patients suffered from degenerative disease of lumbar were treated with posterior decompression, reduction, and then post-lateral fusion and internal fixation with pedicle screws. Results Symptom vanished completely in 186 cases, partly lenitive in 30 cases, no obvious amelioration in 4 cases. Good and excellent rate was 98.2%, and complication rate was 6.4%. There were no operation once more and symptom aggravation in these cases. The bone graft fusion were obtained in 215 cases, and the fusion rate was 97.7%. Conclusion Post-lateral fusion and internal fixation with pedicte screws is one of the best methods for the teatment of degenerative diseases of lumbar.
