伊班膦酸钠治疗22例晚期恶性肿瘤骨转移疗效分析

目的：观察伊班膦酸钠联合化疗或单用伊班膦酸钠对恶性肿瘤骨转移的止痛效果和不良反应。方法：将22例晚期恶性肿瘤患者分为A、B两组，A组予行化疗，于化疗间歇期加用伊班膦酸钠4mg静脉滴注，每4周为1周期，连用2周期评定疗效；B组单用伊班膦酸钠，剂量和用法同A组。结果：A、B组止痛有效率分别为72．7％（8／11）和63.6％（7／11），经统计学分析无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。A组不良反应较B组多，主要是化疗后骨髓抑制及消化道反应。结论：对恶性肿瘤骨转移所致疼痛采用伊班膦酸钠治疗可获得较好的镇痛效果，若加化疗并不能进一步提高近期镇痛效果。

Effects of Ibandronate in combination with chemotherapy in patients with cancer and bone metastases

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects and adverse effects of ibandronate in combination with chemotherapy in patient with cancer and bone metastases.Methods:22 patients with cancer and bone metastases were assigned to received ibandronate plus chemotherapy(group A),or received ibandronate alone(group B).Results:Response rate of bone pain relief was 72.7%(8/11) and 63.6%(7/11) in group A and B,respectively.It was not showed significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05) .However,there were more serious adverse effect in group A than that in group B.Signs of toxicity were myelosuppression,gastrointestinal tract reaction.Conclusion:It would be satisfactory pain relief of Ibandronate in patients with cancer and bone metastases.
