流感病毒膜蛋白M2e应用研究进展

摘    要:流行性感冒是一种传染性较高的急性呼吸道疾病,极大地威胁了人类健康.由于流感病毒易发生变异,致目前的防治措施不能及时有效地应对,使防治效果严重降低.流感病毒膜蛋白M2e(extracellular domain of the M2 protein)高度保守,是流感病毒的通用性作用靶点,基于M2e的免疫预防措施可提供广谱的保护作用.M2e疫苗及M2e抗体已成功在动物模型中发挥抗流感作用,临床应用则报道较少,因而研究M2e对于流感病毒的防治具有重要意义.

Abstract:Influenza is a highly contagious acute respiratory disease,and a public health problem.As the influenza virus is easy to change,the current prevention and control measures are not and effective.The extracellular domain of the M2 protein (M2e) of influenza virus is highly conserved,which is a universal target of anti-influenza virus treatment.Immune preventive measures based on M2e can provide a broad spectrum of protective effects.M2e vaccine and M2e monoclonal antibody successfully inhibited the infection and spread of influenza virus in animal models.This review focus on the progress of researches on the application of M2e protein.
