| 摘 要： | 恶性黑色素瘤是临床上较为常见的皮肤黏膜和色素膜恶性肿瘤,尽管我国恶性黑色素瘤发病率较低,但其发病率及死亡率均呈现快速增长态势,且晚期恶性黑色素瘤患者五年生存率仍不理想.随着人们对溶瘤病毒(oncolytic virus,OV)治疗恶性黑色素瘤的基础与临床研究的深入,必将给晚期黑色素瘤患者带来更好的治疗.

| Abstract: | Malignant melanoma is a common clinical mucosal and pigmentary cell malignancy. Al-though the incidence of malignant melanoma is low in China,but its morbidity and mortality are showing rapid growth trend. The five-year survival rate of advanced malignant melanoma patients is still unsatisfactory. With the progression of the study on oncolytic virus(OV)treatment,we believe that the advanced melanoma patients will be better treated. Here we review the clinical trials of oncolytic virus used in malignant melanoma,and the problems in this area are discussed. |
