摘    要:
环介导等温扩增技术由于不需要专业仪器,操作简便,价格便宜,被广泛应用于口岸多种病原体的快速检测.此文总结了环介导等温扩增技术在检测结核分枝杆菌、寨卡病毒、登革热病毒、疟原虫及肝炎病毒等方面的最新研究成果,并对其在口岸快速检测方面的应用前景进行综合分析.

Abstract:
Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) is widely applied in pathogen detection at frontier ports due to its simplicity and cost-efficient trait.This article reviews the latest research findings of using LAMP to detect pathogens such as Mycobacterium tuberculosis,Zika virus,Dengue virus,Plasmodium and hepatitis virus;and also the promising future in port rapid pathogen detection.
