护生“半见半读”教学改革实践中存在的主要问题及对策思考

目的为适应高职护理专业改革需要,培养适应护理岗位及社会需求的护士,我校调整护理专业教学计划,采取"半见半读"教学模式,以完成护生由学校到实习的良好过渡,更好的做好理论与实践的紧密结合。本人通过对我校护理专业改革思路的介绍,总结了第一批改革班级在实际教学中存在的一些直接或间接影响教学质量的问题,并提出了相应的对策,供大家参考,以相互促进。

The Mainly Problems in "Part Probation and Part Study" Education Reform Practices of Nusing Students and Measurs Thinking
